Terms and Conditions
Fees are inclusive of programme materials and refreshments. Payments are due before the event (6 days from receipt of invoice). Refunds are inadmissible; however should you be unable to attend; substitute delegates are welcome where indicated in writing before the event. All speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of going to press; however the event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the content and timing of the programme or any other aspect of the event. Due to limited conference space, we advice early registration to avoid disappointment.
Right of Admission is Reserved Exclusively by Equilibrium International
Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements and accommodation. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time. Non-payment or nonattendance does not constitute cancellation. By signing this contract, the client is contracted and obligated to the full conference fee.
Indemnity Clause
Where matters beyond the reasonable control of Equilibrium International Conferences impair or prevent Equilibrium International Conferences being able to perform its obligations under this agreement the client releases Equilibrium International Conferences from any liability or loss incidental or consequential to such matters. Where in the reasonable opinion of Equilibrium International Conferences, the nominated space is deemed inappropriate for the event; the organizers may assign a different space for the event and/ or exhibition booths. Should circumstances beyond the control of Equilibrium International Conferences occur which inhibit our ability to deliver a service guarantee such as power failures, natural disasters, strikes or acts of God, the said Guarantee & Contracts will be made null and void at the discretion of Equilibrium International Conferences.
Confirmation of Booking
You will receive a welcome letter and a confirmation letter after you have registered. Please make sure all your details are correct and notify us of any changes, as these details will appear on your course/ workshop/ conference documentation.

Equilibrium International Conferences may contact you by mail, phone or e-mail about products and services offered by Equilibrium International Conferences, which we believe may be of interest to you, or your company. Equilibrium International Conferences will exclusively use the information you provide us.
